		<description>It was only a matter of time before treadmills made specifically for dogs became available.  Many dog owners simply teach their dogs to use human treadmills.

Is this Pet Zen treadmill any quieter?  Why would a pet owner buy it as opposed to buying a lightly used treadmill at a great discount?
