Veterinarians are growing concerned about internet sites diagnosing or giving medical advice without a veterinary-client-patient relationship and at the quality of information pet owners are receiving.
PetDocsOnCall is designed to be the most professional and trustworthy site for veterinary medical advice and opinion on the Internet. According to VIN (PetDocsOnCall creator) “It is not our intention to diagnose or treat animals,” he says. “Our goal is to inform people with advice that comes from veterinarians, not dog trainers.”
A small fee does exist for advice which goes towards towards The Veterinary Information Network (VIN). The site is new but promises real time answers and tons of quality information for pet owners.
