Paperwork
We keep a profile for every guest with their vaccinations, care details, and your contact information, so we only need most of it once.
Pet & owner profile
- Create your account and pet profile in the Owner Portal, or download the new guest packet.
- Send vaccination records before arrival: upload them in the portal, or have your vet fax them to (360) 352-1254.
- After that, just send updated vaccine records once a year.
Hotel registration form
- A short form covering your dates, feeding, medications, and add-ons for this stay.
- We display it on your dog's suite, so every team member knows their care plan.
- Fill it out at home to save time at the front desk.
At Drop-Off

What time is check-in for dog boarding?
Our preferred check-in window is 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. We can accommodate other times during business hours; just let us know when you expect to arrive.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 12:00 pm (noon). Pickups after noon have a $25 late pickup fee. If you need a later pickup, let us know your expected departure time.
Do I have to fill out paperwork every visit?
New clients complete a pet and owner profile once. After that, you only need to send updated vaccine records each year, plus a short hotel registration form at each check-in, which you can fill out ahead of time.
How do I send my dog's vaccination records?
Upload them in the Owner Portal, or have your vet fax them to (360) 352-1254. Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella are required before arrival.
Can my dog get a bath before pickup?
Yes. Schedule a bath or brush out with the front desk and we'll have your dog clean and fresh when you arrive. See our à la carte spa menu.
