We prefer our Check in's in the afternoon, between 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. We can accommodate any time during regular business hours, please let us know your anticipated arrival time.

Check out is by noon. Guest's staying after noon will be charged a "afternoon check out fee" of $25. If you need a late check out please let us know your anticipated departure time.

Yes, we play rain, snow or sun. So expect your puppy to be dirty and smelly! We are happy to bath, dry and brush out prior to pick up. Please schedule grooming services with the front desk.

Bedding

We have raised hammock-style beds, fleece blankies, and radiant heated floors. A blankie from home or a T-shirt that was worn by a pup parent the day before can really help your dog feel more comfortable. We do not offer laundry service and don't recommend huge overstuffed beds. You are welcome to bring your dog's crate from home and we can place it in their suite.

We have lots of enrichment toys available if your dog is having group play we don't recommend bringing toys. We would be sad if another dog broke your dog's favorite toy.

If your needs a particular toy to help ease anxiety, please feel free to bring it.

Hotel Rates

No, there is no minimum night required. We do charge a one-time $10 Holiday surcharge.
Yes, We are a small family owned facility, to ensure your reservation we do require a non-refundable $25 Reservation Deposit.
Yes, we offer a 5% discount on stays longer than 15 nights.
We do not offer multi-pet discounts.

Petexec

We use web-based software to manage all reservations. This software is called PetExec.

Existing clients can access their pet's account to look up future reservations, check remaining days on daycare packages, request services, and much more.

We are a reservation-only facility. All daycare and hotel guests must be pre-screened, have current vaccines on file, and have reservations.

As a small facility we do fill up fast and advise making reservations far in advance of needed dates.

Medication

We believe that Medications and Supplements should be

included as basic care and don't charge any additional fees

for administrating a reasonable number of medications,

should your dog require over 4 medications a day

a small fee ($5) may be applied depending on the complexity and nature of medications.

Yes, all medication is administered by a Lead Hotel Technician.

Topical, oral and injectable medications are given with ease

and at no extra charge

Please do not place medication in baggies or daily pill dispensers

Our Lead Hotel Technicians prefer to know exactly what medications they are administrating

Having medication(s) in their original prescription container

is preferred. If you are unable to provide the original container

Please label container with the following:

Prescribing Doctor's name and clinic number

Drug name

Drug dosage

Administration method, time and frequency

Any known side effects

If you use pill pockets, cheese, peanut butter or other means to

hide pills that work well for your pet, please bring us those

items and instructions as well.

Yes! Personal diets from home are also welcome or we can

provide feed. Our kitchen is stocked with a microwave,

refrigerator and freezer to accommodate special diets/requests.

*** Remember to pack extra ! Your dog will burn

more calories while on vacation, please pack extra !

In case you are detained or unable to pick up on the day you planned

providing extra food is a good idea!

Homemade Cooked Diets - For short stays a Tupperware

dish which we can scoop daily feedings out of or long stays

please separate weekly portions so we can freeze some to

ensure freshness.

Please provide at least 2 extra servings.

Raw Diets - Please separate feedings into labeled plastic

zip lock baggies or Tupperware dishes.
